Dragons Den dream comes true for Bexy Boo

Well what an exciting day I had in London yesterday pitching my cards to some of the top retailers in the industry including Scribbler, Clintons, Cardzone, Frosts Garden Centre and Belly Button. I had no idea what to expect but I had nothing to loose.

My first pitch was with the wonderful Frosts Garden Centre (small chain), followed by the fantastic Scribbler (Mulitple) and lastly, the lovely Forget me not (Independent).

I felt so privileged to be able to spend a full 10 minutes with these wonderful Buyers, persuading them to stock my cards in their gorgeous stores as well as readily absorbing all the information they had to offer.

Scared doesn’t even to begin to explain how I felt and I stumbled on a few words too, but once I got going and into my stride I thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Following up on these fantastic opportunities is what I plan on doing now so I can look back and know I did my best. A little bit of luck and who knows what lies just around the corner….
